THREE CHEERS…or MORE to Hartford Mayor Tim Michalak who said “We are not flinging open the doors. What we’re doing is giving them (Community Businesses) the freedom to use their discretion to open.”
The Mayor, using his Oath to Uphold the Constitution of the State of Wisconsin and of the United States of America, is using Interposition of the Lesser Magistrate as he told police NOT TO ENFORCE THE STATE’S SAFER AT HOME ORDER, but to GO AFTER CRIMINALS INSTEAD.
If for instance any branch of our government make a law, or a policy, or should a court opinion be repugnant to the either our state or national constitutions, it becomes the duty of the other branches of government to uphold their oath and defend the constitutions. Hence the primary reason for 3 branches of government.
