Call out those opposed to liberty and those fighting for it. This is something you CAN DO to force their hand.

Robin Vos and Scott Fitzgerald continue to play politics instead of doing their constitutional duty to check the lawless actions of Governor Evers. So let us go around them!

We need to call their bluff.

Senator Steve Nass has been outspoken that an emergency session of the legislature needs to be called in order to stop Governor Evers latest ‘state of emergency’ and the masking mandate.

Email or call Senator Nass and tell him to employ Rule 81(2)a and call for an emergency session.

Wisconsin Joint Legislature Rule 81(2)a allows any member of the Senate or the Assembly to call for a special or emergency session of the legislature.

By doing so, it forces each legislator to consent to the session or not. Those legislators who agree to it are the good guys who want to protect our liberties – those legislators who oppose it are the rats – the bad guys just paying lip service to our liberties, laws, and constitution.

In other words, it forces each legislator’s hand to show where they stand.

Allowing our Governor to violate our rights is not only irresponsible, it is dangerous. The interposition of the legislature is needed to check the lawless, unlawful actions of Governor Evers.

This situation is a perfect example of why America’s founders established ‘checks and balances.’

This is massively important.

Contact Nass and demand he “Employ Wisconsin Joint Rule 81 (2)a and call for an emergency session of the legislature to end Tony Evers lawless ‘state of emergency.'”
