Millions are demanding answers, being exasperated by the ruling clique.
Outside of what soon became known as Constitution Hall in Philadelphia, 1787, and following the construction of the Constitution itself by our forefathers, Benjamin Franklin was asked by a woman, “Sir what kind of government have you given us?” His reply: “A Republic, madam… If you can keep it.”
With business shutdowns, mandates for distancing and masks, travel restrictions, vaccine enforcement, draconian penalties and sanctions, massive election fraud, usurpation in office, executive decrees… and courts creating “new interpretations daily” …
How do you know what to believe?
All throughout the United States, is a matter of extensive polls and surveys that detail the abysmally low “constitutional IQ” of Americans. Quotations such as the following, have often been looked upon as citations or positions originating in the United States Constitution and its Bill of Rights, which of course these are not:
- “From each according to his ability, to each according to his need.” (Stated by Karl Marx, founder modern-day communism)
- “Separation of church and state” (statement of Thomas Jefferson in a letter to a church)
- “America is a democracy” (falsified misconception mistaught for generations in America’s schools)
- “Education is an inalienable right” (education is not found as a concept in the Constitution)
- “Impeachment removes the President from office” (Impeachment only declares that the federal officer in question should go to trial to be acquitted or removed; nothing more.)
- “I have the right to my body.” (Roe v. Wade, the alleged “right” is not found in the Constitution)
- “The Supreme Court of the United States is the supreme constitutional authority.” (The Supreme Court of the United States was never declared by the U.S. Constitution as the supreme authority of law. The three branches of the federal government are be balance in our coequal checking each other against any falsified supremacy and assumption of power by the others.”
Millions of people are questioning the unconstitutional measures now governing our land at all levels. Many viewed the second Impeachment trial in February with confused expressions of shock and wonderment.
Questions like the following need answering…
Question: How did an Impeachment Trial have any legality? According to the Constitution of the United States at Article 2
The Senate’s authority to try a former officer relies upon Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution, which provides: “The president, vice president and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.”
In other words, ONLY an incumbent (sitting President or other sitting federal officer) can be REMOVED.
Media and Trump Opponents position: Invented an interpretation stating they can “try” the President so he cannot ever AGAIN hold office.
So, what is the truth about the Constitution?
Across the country, governors, mayors, district attorneys seized almost sole authority over their respective states, cities and jurisdictions. In Wisconsin, for example, Gov. Tony Evers simply declared “mandates” for Covid 19 restrictions… and though the Wisconsin Supreme Court shut him down the first time, he went on ahead anyway to establish the “mandates.”
All the while he claimed constitutional authority which overturned thousands of historic Bill of Rights expressions and habits of freedom AND VIOLATIONS of the Wisconsin State Constitution. The state of Wisconsin, through its two legislative bodies (
Who is right? How would you know how to evaluate their arguments?
