I. First Principle of Interposition Needed Now… “I wist (old English for knew) not he was the Governor.”
Gov. Tony Evers likes his adrenaline straight up. His response to the State Legislators of Wisconsin who are requesting review by the Wisconsin Supreme Court of his Lock down orders, is dress rehearsal for the REAL GOAL initiated 10 years ago. (Must Read for documentation of the Global Alliance: Part II & III below – Confront the Governor with documentation of Part III especially!)
Note the outright lies of Gov. Tony Evers in his Response:

- Tony Evers: “Read the reports of doctors rationing ventilators and having to choose which patients will live or die. Read the reports of needing refrigeration trucks for the deceased, or even worse, being left at home for days because the morgue is overcrowded.”
- Response: Read statistics of the Wisconsin Hospital Association[1]Current ventilators = 1251; In Use = 318; Available = 933Total Cases as of 4/21 = 4620 = at 0.059% of total population (less than 1% of Wisconsites).
Total Loss of Life = 242 – Loss of life is heartbreaking. However, they have been occurring at a volume of 0 per day to a high of 19 on any single day (early April). Evers states the morgues are “being overrun”? Hardly possible with 242 deaths. - Tony Evers: “Today legislative Republicans told the 4,600+ people in the state of Wisconsin who have contracted COVID-19 and the families of the 242 people who have died, we don’t care about you — we care about our political power.”
- Response: 242 people does not constitute a pandemic…a tragedy, yes…not a pandemic. We are trading for many dire not-too-distant emergency crises, with a disease which has not lived up to its early “reputation” … a reputation 10 years in the making. (Parts II & III)

Note the governor’s hype: Morgues “overwhelmed” by … 242 (tragic) deaths? Tony Evers is a professional bureaucrat… He has a long history of applied bureaucratic intolerance of any authority that clashes with his decisional “fiat” … his version of what constitutes “Truth.” [2]
In Acts 23, the Apostle Paul was brought to court before the political and religious ruler of the Jews, Ananias. He ordered his officers to strike Paul. Paul’s response? “God shall strike you, you whitened wall. You sit in judgment after the law. Yet, you command me to be struck contrary to the law.” When accosted for reviling “God’s high priest”, Paul’s reply seems strange: “I wist not he was the high priest…”
Paul certainly knew who Ananias was. Paul was not being deceitful. He was calling upon the Lord to condemn a ruler who had violated his calling and oath of office… making him outcast before God as a ruler. Willful violation of an Oath of Office defrocks a magistrate and negates his unconstitutional acts before God. Of course, few care about oaths of office these days… but the Lord certainly does. (See post -“Oaths” this site). Having no “gods before Me” (First Commandment) includes all rulers, cited as “Elohim” (the word translated “gods”), for example in Exodus 21 (“judges”) and elsewhere. Since they share rule with the Lord and by His command (cf. Romans 13:1), they are said to “have fellowship with Him.” However, as King Saul learned to his shame, God does not fellowship with liars or oppressors. “Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with Thee , [those] framing misery by a law. (Psalm 94:20 – Hebrew ‘amal = perversity, trouble, misery, toil).
I join Paul’s emphatic principle of the Lord’s Calling: “I wist not Tony was the governor.” This is the first Principle of Interposition of the Lesser Magistrate. As with Saul, God then demands Impeachment/removal for corruption of office (cf. witchcraft as disobedience in I Samuel 15: 11, 19-23).
II. “Cultural Blood Bank” – Planning 10 years in the making. (The Second Principle of Interposition is Know the enemies of uprightness).
Foundation Money and Patronage…
Foundation money has exerted immense influence worldwide, far beyond what the average American can even imagine.[3] Certainly, the most influential of the Foundations worldwide is the multi-trillion dollar networking of the Rockefeller Foundation. It is networked with the largest Multinational banks and corporations worldwide. It is equally tied to world governments and, most importantly, their central banks.
Given this network, the vast amount of influence via “Loan and ‘financial patronage’” to individuals such as Hollywood celebrities, major media worldwide, large corporations, and governments – ALL desperately athirst for loan money and patronage…is an enormously orchestrated network. So, if you are involved in this massive money-for-influence network, you pay attention to details of its designs. Equally, you don’t just “pay attention.” You observe every detail because cooperation may mean access to the next act of patronage… the next loan; an uncooperative spirit may mean future denial of access to this “Cultural Blood Bank.”[4]
Politicians, celebrities, Influencers, scientists, religious and culture leaders, are, of course, always in line for such benefits, and it goes without saying one must sell his/her soul to gain and retain such beneficial access. But, “loans” and “financial patronage” are not the only benefits. Such an enormous network of benefits are provided over the widest spectrum imaginable. For example, personal advancement, access to the best roles in movies (incredible celebrity status/wealth[5]), books, music, media promotions, scholarships, funding for just about anything worth compromising.
So, what is a “payback” to these “cultural blood banks” who “have everything?” Influence in well-placed positions of power, of course. Service is rendered in the form of political payback, celebrity endorsement, government influence, intelligence (government, corporate and private “spy stuff”). Often, Foundation money is merged with Multi-National Banking money for funneling streams of income to domestic groups: everything from radicals, street activists, and thugs to politicians, lawyers and media coverage[6].
It is no surprise to find in this multinational soup, some of the largest financial entities, such as Deutsche Bank, involved in various criminal enterprises throughout their history. Deutsche Bank was responsible for financing Auschwitz and the Gestapo during the Hitler regime.[7] It was so egregious in its “activities” that even the Obama administration gagged on its fraudulent financial enterprises.[8] This one bank (among several other multinational banking cartels) contributed heavily to the 2007-2008 near financial collapse, by the way in which it defrauded homeowners.[9]
“This resolution holds Deutsche Bank accountable for its illegal conduct and irresponsible lending practices, which caused serious and lasting damage to investors and the American public,” said Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch. “Deutsche Bank did not merely mislead investors: it contributed directly to an international financial crisis. The cost of this misconduct is significant… (Italics/emphasis added herein by author)
Did you notice here what otherwise some might have called “impossible,” “conspiracy,” or even “right-wing” propaganda?”**
ONE large multinational banking powerhouse (within the orbit of a MUCH larger cartel-network), “… contributed directly to an international financial crisis” according to the United States Government.
But, I’ve been told such world-shaking influence was “impossible,” according to the mockery of media pundits, Hollywood types, innumerable authors and influencers, government officials, church leaders, et.al.
Musing thought:
The obvious contrast of filled parking lots of major corporations and the empty lots of the many smaller nearby businesses makes one wonder if the corona virus is really the issue. After all, I hardly think large corporate retail outlets have developed immunities to the corona virus … OR…the large corporate entities are rendered “special consideration.” Not the least of such special “services” is the fact that small to mid-sized businesses – as competitors to the large corporate entities/multinationals – are being wiped out. Nice compensation for “services rendered.”[10]
This finds multiple examples in the Report described below[11]… the ultimate message of this White Paper report.
Listen to the President of Ghana as he exposes this Plandemic as written in this Rockefeller report. We’re up against it folks…A “New Normal.” Praying for the Church to resist oppression, with God as our helper. May the Lord Judge between them and us. God will have His way.
III. Attempted Rise of the Global State…OR… Resolve to Confront “Higher Magistrate” (Third Principle of Interposition)
If you haven’t seen the Rockefeller Foundation’s 54-page Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development (hereinafter “Report”), then you’re missing one of the best sources for what’s going on in America today! Give them credit… they produce quality work.[12] And they sure know how to motivate others and get things done…[13]
Like for instance… “foretelling” the future.[14]
Their Report was written and finalized in May 2010, and proceeds to dictate marching orders into the future, with emphasis upon Foundation leadership.[15] This is buttressed by the term “Authoritarian Capitalism[16] Here are some of the highlights of their-future-emerging-towards-“Lock Step,” and be aware of the fact that there are no less than Four “futures” announced for the… [Oh my]… entire human race, initiated in May, 2010. [17]
- In the section entitled “TECHNOLOGY IN LOCK STEP” the first future is “largely driven by government and is focused on issues of national security… health and safety”…[18] (aka “Lock down”).
Did you get that, Wisconsinites **(and everyone else)? That would mean your governor, the now infamous, Mr. Ever-Truthful Governor Tony Evers, was chosen to implement lock down in our state.[19]
2. “Scanners using advanced functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technology become the norm at airports and other public areas to detect… “antisocial intent.”[20]
In other words, the 5G tower networks going up quickly all over the nation are being put there to reveal those who are “antisocial” – read “resistant” – to losing their jobs, having their food destroyed, farms spoiled, homes lost, education limited, their money inflated, businesses closed, social lives disrupted, access to public and cultural activities deemed “nonessential”, activities punished, their churches closed and worship disrupted (being of course “non-essential”[21])… and freedoms lost, yet deemed to be (in the land of “Doublespeak”) “constitutional.” And don’t count on your Supreme Court to be supportive of your “antisocial” behavior… They have their own benefits, too, to consider. They will deem the type of behavior that was once clean, innocent, pleasant, and even necessary for quality of life, to be “unconstitutional”[22] The Wisconsin legislature is naïve enough to believe the Wisconsin Supreme Court will order us out of LOCK STEP. First of all, … we don’t need a Lawsuit by the Legislature. We need Interposition of the Lesser Magistrates. (See on this site this author’s Position Paper set including “Interposition: The Revolt of the Lesser Magistrate”, “The Black Regiment.”[23] Get my friend Rev. Matt Trewhella’s The Doctrine of the Lesser Magistrates.)
3. Note also the fact there will be multiple scares of disease to keep people in lock down.
In other words, in the land of Big Brother,[24] “TECHNOLOGY” in Lock Step will conceivably make sure that other pandemics will arise (or be created in a laboratory),[25] so our own population can later be turned against those now exhibiting “antisocial behavior.”
At first, the Report says people will welcome a temporary cessation to their freedoms and more control. This will, in time, give way to increased hostility toward greater controls.[26]
4. “New diagnostics are developed to detect communicable diseases. The application of health screening also changes; screening becomes a prerequisite to release from a hospital or prison, successfully slowing the spread of many diseases.”[27] Note: you will be imprisoned or hospitalized, especially those who are detected as “antisocial.” Of course, your ability to leave prison or hospitals will be dependent upon the good graces of those who enjoy the benefits of the Foundational largess. In other words, you have no more chance of being diagnosed as “clean” than we do have getting out of this lock down anytime soon. Remember, it’s already been admitted by the Federal government that in a number of places, Covid-19 test kits were tainted with corona virus… or were they “seeded?”
5. The lock down **will be enforced – if necessary, brutally – based upon the fallacious circular argument that runs something like this:
“We are in lock down because of the possibility of contracting Covid-19. No one can know if they are a carrier of the virus, even if asymptomatic. But we will come out of lock down when we are assured society is safe. But no one can know for certain if he or she is safe. So, we stay in lock down.” The short form is… “Social behavior demands we stay in lock down.” Those who demure, will be accused of a “lack of love,” as alleged “granny killers.” The real purpose is to prevent coordinated resistance to the decrees of the state.
6. Then we are treated to the breathtakingly prophetic announcement that “… In the aftermath of pandemic scares… ”[28]
STOP! Read that again: “aftermath of pandemic SCARES.”[29]
Multiple alleged or real pandemics will drive “Lock Step” further than imaginable. In other words, folks, if you read earlier in the Report, you will find that these people quite prophetically anticipate your “pushback”.[30] The latter word is a euphemism for “resistance.” They expect resistance, so they are prepared for your easily anticipated reaction to loss of income, oil market wreckage, roiling stock markets, bond market devaluation, loss of savings, inflation, empty shelves, loss of public access…loss of Bill of Rights and liberty, etc. There’s no question these would-be humanitarians[31] have planned for your sensible outrage.[32] But, they will malign you for putting society at risk (going public),[33] as our infamous Tony Evers does:
“Their lawsuit doesn’t mention saving lives.** It doesn’t mention protecting our nurses, doctors, first responders, and critical workers. Instead it’s 80 pages of a lawsuit focused entirely on how to get legislative Republicans more power.”[34]

The 2010 Report shows an ongoing love affair with Red China. [35] Red China is declared ground zero for pandemic identification.
China is set to be the model for warning other nations of alleged pandemics, and quarantine procedures to be followed… the model for insight and analysis of the disease, and the Chinese Tech giant to emulate with vaccine approaches, new alleged disease flare-up identification (and other socialist tech “foresight”).[36] China will heavily invest in Africa to gain mineral wealth[37] and servile populations.[38] Look for a return to African slavery by the world’s leading slave state. Note the “clash of personal interests” with authorities therein.[39]
- The Report heavily presumes upon “top down” collectivist thinking.[40] It praises “authoritarian” government actions[41]creating tighter top-down government control.[42] Indeed, a single Body (supra-state government) will emerge from the “international coordination” created through high tech interdependence/innovation (among governments). [I do NOT believe it can go that far. Socialism always implodes economically. So becomes a matter of how much damage it does on the way up.] [43]
- The Report “foretells” a “virulent nationalism will emerge worldwide.[44] Translating doublespeak, the Report is preparing for world wars as people revolt against this Supra-state.
- The reliance upon Technology by the emerging supra-state[45] is an admission of weakness. It will be needed against the vast majority of people who will figure out the real game in play.

Scientists are enlisted as paid agents to give credence to the medical conclusions directed by the entities networked through this series of authoritarian directives.
Dr. Doug Wilson wrote in his Blog & Mablog entry:
“Scientific consensus is oxymoronic. Faith in the scientific process is one thing. Faith in scientists is quite another. Faith in scientific spokesmen (e.g. Fauci or Birx) is actually faith in telegenic people with scientific credentials who have been selected for political reasons. And that is why we have been slathering the nation broadside with scientific solutions when there should have been a scientific debate.” (Emphasis added).

The emerging Supra-State will direct industrial and agricultural population “armies” – people throughout the world distributed by statist decree.[46]
Read Karl Marx’s ten points of his Communist Manifesto, i.e., “The creation of agricultural and industrial armies” (i.e., slave armies made up of servile, controlled, state-distributed populations).
As a Christian minister and missionary, pastor and educator, I am writing this Position Paper with the knowledge of the extreme danger it exposes. I am a deeply committed Christian of 45 years of ministry, I do NOT believe “Love” to be an excuse to accept anything done in the name of an alleged “humanitarianism”: “The tender mercies of the wicked are cruel.” – Proverbs 12:10.
IV. The Fourth Principle of Interposition: The Lesser Magistrate supported by the people
God calls upon Lesser Magistrates** to stand against corrupted “Higher Magistrates.” That is the reason ALL take individual oaths (historically, on the Bible or in God’s Name), i.e., ALL are responsible to stand against corruption… especially if the “corruption” is “higher” in authority. Oaths of office do not increase the Truthfulness of any oath. Oaths INCREASE THE SANCTIONS against the Oath breaker… The higher the office, the greater the sanction DEMANDED by God against the lawless (which is what Jesus meant in Matt. 5).
Most importantly, the People are called to stand with the Lesser Magistrate who so stands against the corrupt. As a corollary, God begins to descend upon the land with Nature’s destructive force (cf. Psalm 11: 5-8; 78:46; 147: 17; 148: 8; Joel 2:25; cf. Deut. 28) to warn the people of His disregard of their oath-defying leadership. Remember, disobedience is as witchcraft to God.
I believe deeply in the necessity of faith in Jesus Christ, the King of the Nations (cf. Psalm 2), and I believe this evil upon the world is a direct Call to people to bend their knee to Jesus Christ as Lord and Resurrected Savior. The kings of the earth do not have authority over Him. (Psalm 2:1-2) He is not some common guru to follow. His grace is not merely “example” or “favor.” It is transformative in power upon man’s heart and is opposed to the Satanic authoritarianism revealed in Ephesians 6:13: “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against magistrates (principalities), governments, the darkness of this world, spiritual depravity in supernaturally empowered places.”
**Consider: Interposition of the Lesser Magistrate (see posts herein) is the Biblical doctrine we are called to uphold…now. Share this with others…including Sheriffs, magistrates in State legislatures, and others whom you encourage to do the same. We are to trust in the Lord’s Resurrected power and invoke a Faith in Him “which overcomes the world.”
…If you will confess with your mouth (declare openly as yours) the Lord Jesus and shall trust in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved (from the just wrath of God for your sins). For with the heart man trusts in (God’s) Righteousness and with the mouth, confession is made unto salvation. -Romans 10:9-10.
**What I am going to do is support my Lesser Magistrates in the Lawsuit against the Government Lock down. I will respectfully DEMAND the Wisconsin Supreme Court to Uphold the Constitution, both of the United States and that of Wisconsin and that they END the damaging affects to my family from which I may not recover. I will call the Clerk of the Wisconsin Supreme Court with that message and tell her to relay that message to the Justices and I will email the Clerk of the Wisconsin Supreme Court also with the Message Line Emergency Message.
