Ancient and Biblical History

Reformation Hope Academy was established to assist homeschool parents with older students (junior high and high school) in need of instruction in specialized disciplines such as Ancient and Biblical history, a course designed to take the student from Creation, Eden, and the Fall through the antediluvian world and into the history of nations after the Great Flood.

This is the course for which Dr. Sedlak has received much acclaim – a course that quite literally has changed the lives of hundreds of students over several decades. Parents have repeatedly expressed amazement at how this course impacted their children’s faith in the Lord… From Egypt to Rome, from Assyria to Greece, the God of the Old Testament was famous among the peoples of the ancient world even as God’s Word shows us. His power was known among the Greeks, the Egyptians, the Romans, and even the Chinese!

This course shows the evidence of God’s Presence and power in those cultures. The course also clearly details the accuracy of the Old Testament Record, citing the events and persons of the Old Testament as they were known to people of that era. The course is a full treatment of ancient societies – people, nations, and events – beginning with Creation, Adam and Eve in the Garden up to the historical ministry, death, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ. Students will learn the extraordinary evidence concerning the Lord’s investment of His Will in the ancient world.

This course is one of the many courses I took from Rev. Sedlak many years ago. The truths that I learned were life-changing for me … and many of my fellow students in my class. Our four daughters and I are taking Dr. Sedlak’s ancient history course. We’ve only completed six classes and we’re all seeing not only Genesis in a whole new light but the entire Bible. It is like reading the Bible and picture it black-and-white, now after the six classes Dr. Sedlak, is revealed a world that is three-dimensional in color. We look at verses and reading scriptures with a different understanding and analyzing wording variations, not simply taking for granted.

The girls (ages 10 – 16) and I really enjoy the class and look forward to each upcoming class.

We highly recommend this course everyone who wants to see the true history that God is revealed in the Bible and through history truth that Satan and the world want erased.
